We will exchange/return goods and refund customers in the following cases:

1. The product we deliver is not as ordered (product name, size, model, color)

2. The product we deliver is defective or has been used

• In case the product is damaged during transportation or by the manufacturer, you can refuse to receive it and ask the delivery department to contact us directly. 

3. Conditions for returning goods (only applicable when purchasing online)

Time: Within 07 days from receipt of goods.

4. Product conditions:

• The goods are complete: The product is in its original box, not torn, accompanied by gifts (if any), with no tags, labels, or invoices.
• The goods absolutely show no signs of having been used.

5. Cost of converting and returning the product

• In case of an error on our part: We will fully cover the return shipping costs.
• In case due to personal needs, the customer wants to exchange for another product: The customer will fully cover the cost of returning the product and delivering the new product. 

6. Refund conditions

We will refund customers in 3 cases:

• Refund when ordering, payment is successful but the product has not been received
• This case occurs when We run out of the product the customer wants to order but has not updated it on the website in time or the customer ordered the wrong product.
• Refund when the customer receives the product but the product is defective from Our side.
• Refund when the customer does not want to receive the product due to changes in personal needs. We will deduct the shipping cost directly from the customer's refund.

*** WE WILL ONLY REFUND CUSTOMERS WHEN WE RECEIVE RETURNED GOODS THAT MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Call the hotline 0336544383 or email huyharold95@gmail.com to notify the request to return the goods.
2. Pack the goods (the product is intact (no labels) + invoice + gift (if any))
3. Send directly to the store address where you ordered online: On the parcel, clearly state the customer's Full name, address, phone number and content *RETURN REQUEST FOR REFUND*
