• Made from 100% refined corduroy fabric – structured, soft, and breathable
HAROLD supports exchanging sizes/clothing products purchased through the website only once within 15 days (from the date you receive the product from the delivery service).
Products are supported for exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- Products have manufacturer defects, including: (1) Sewing defects, (2) Fabric defects.
- Products meet the following 4 conditions: (1) Products have not been used, (2) Tags and invoices are intact, (3) Not dirty, (4) No odor.
- The size/product exchange policy does not apply to products purchased during the discount program price, promotion.
- The policy of exchanging size/product does not apply to accessory products.
In case of exchanging for another product, customers can exchange for a product of equal or higher value. In case of exchanging for a product of lower price, HAROLD will not refund the difference. Customers are requested to pay the 2-way shipping fee. For products with manufacturing defects, HAROLD will support the 2-way shipping cost.
When purchasing through the Online channel, the Online department will directly support you to exchange/return the product. HAROLD regrets that it will not accept exchanges/returns or resolve any complaints at the store for Online orders.
